FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs):


Q.  How much are assessments and when are they due?

A.  Assessments are due January 1st and July 1st of each year.  For 2025, the annual assessment is $850.00, payable in two installments of $425.00 each.  A late fee of $25 applies to any assessments received >10 days late.


Q.  Where do I send my check for my assessments?

A.  Please make out your check to "Farmington Ponds Homeowners Association, Inc." and mail it to Farmington Ponds HOA, PO BOX 310, Victor NY 14564.  Please include your home address on your check.


Q.  I have a complaint about something within the community - who do I contact?

A.  The Board of Directors is responsible of overseeing the community and enforcing its bylaws.  Please contact the Board via email at FarmingtonPondsHOA@gmail.com or by phone at 585-210-3850.  Please be aware that the Board may have to redirect you if the subject of your complaint is not part of the HOA's authority.


Q.  I'm adding a deck/patio (or other exterior modification) to my home.  Do I need approval?

A.  Yes.  The Board of Directors will require a variance form for any exterior property modification.  Please ensure you fully complete the variance form and include all supporting documentation so the Board is able to quickly respond to you.  Variance forms should be submitted at least 2 weeks before work is planned to start.  Download a variance form the home page.
